Both basic and advanced services for diagnosis of infertility and gynecology are available on our program here at the Fertility Center. Basic services are oriented toward a diagnosis and/or treatment through consults; advanced services are those that are properly offered at a Fertility Center. Regarding basic services we offer: Outpatient consult, Trans-vaginal Ultrasound, Andrology Lab and the induction of Ovulation. Advanced services or consist of the following: In Vitro Fertilization (IVF-ET), Intra-cytoplasmic Sperm Injection of the egg (ICSI), Pre-implantation Genetic Diagnosis, Reproductive Immunology in women with repeated abortions, Infertility and Laparoscopic Surgery and Advanced Laparoscopic Surgery Gynecology.

Outpatient Consult: During outpatient consult questioners and physical exploration is done on patients with fertility problems. They also receive help on which and what type of tests are necessary to make a right diagnosis of their pathology.

Ultrasound: We have Trans-vaginal Ultrasound for baseline assessments as well as Follicular Monitoring on women who are on Ovarian Stimulation for different fertility treatments that require ovulation induction. Also the ultrasound is useful for imaging studies as are Hysterosonography and the Assisted Reproduction Program for aspiration of follicular fluid in hyper stimulated ovaries.
