Semen Analysis is a microscopic and macroscopic test. The macroscopic test tells us all the visible characteristics of the semen, such as liquefaction time, viscosity, volume, etc. The microscopic test is only done through a microscope and reveals sperm count, mobility percentage, the path of movement of sperm, percentage of normal form sperm, leukocytes, bacteria, etc.
